Submit contacts and description
Email initial information to IT@VARNAFASHION.COM or Viber.
- We prefer that you use a company email, Gmail, or whatever email you have.
- Include the text of the description in Bulgarian and English.
- Please write in 3rd person singular or 1st person plural. For example "He/she/it does", instead of "I do".
- We will assist with proofreading and translating it into English or Bulgarian.
- Please include a description of you and your work/business, as well as a description related to fashion and the theme of the fashion event.
You will receive shortly an answer
You will receive a reply with an online address of a folder in Google Drivewhere you can upload your materials (photos, texts, videos).
Specify with our PR and when and how to be featured on our site and social networks.
Send pictures
- Upload the materials to the given folder in Google Drive
- Or send photos by email.
- If they are many or large, divide them into several letters of 10-15 MB each
- Or upload to your space and send us a download link
- Please send good or high-quality photos, with a dimension of at least 1000 pixels, if possible.
Send a video clip (optional)
- If you have a video clip, you can submit it for publication.
- It can be your advertisement, a clip from a review or something else agreed with the organizer. We prefer videos to be short, no more than 2 minutes.
- You can upload the video to the given folder in Google Drive or share it from your source.
Check regularly your Viber and email
You'll likely have responses and an invitation to review the site and social media when available.
