BACKSTAGE ORGANIZER
Кристиана Кръстева е организатор Backstage. Тя има участия в модни събития като модел и опит в подготовката на събития, работа зад кулисите, подготовка и синхрон на моделите в т.ч. „Красота, мода, благотворителност“, 2023г, Форум на модата – 2024г и 2025г. Заедно с Кристияна Йорданова и Нели Анастасова имат дългогодишен опит в работа „Зад кулисите“.

Fashion Forum will be filmed and directed by Anton Dinev, who will capture the most beautiful moments on camera. He is the Bulgarian who turns fashion into cinema. From Varna to the Cannes Fashion Festival red carpet.
Born in Varna, Anton Dinev works as a director and cinematographer on some of the world's biggest fashion stages – from London and Paris to New York and Dubai. His style is distinguished by a cinematic approach that transforms fashion events into emotional visual stories. "For me, a frame is more than a photograph – it must convey a feeling and connect the viewer with the person in front of the lens," says Dinev.
He has worked with some of the biggest names in the world of music, art, and politics, including:
- world-famous rock musician Ozzy Osbourne.
- West Midlands Mayor - Andy Street.
- The CEO and TV host Gary Newbon.
- Coen Kessels (Music Director of the Royal Ballet, Covent Garden, London and the Royal Birmingham Ballet)
- Supermodel Roxanne Gould (Supermodel US) and others.
In 2025, his name appeared in the pages of leading magazines – British Vogue (July, August, September) and Vogue Italia, where he shot the cover for the April issue.
Anton is the chief cameraman at the 2025 Cannes Fashion Festival and covers fashion weeks in London, Zurich and New York. While in New York, he captures iconic locations such as Times Square and Wall Street. He also covers the Miss Europe Continental contest in Naples.

Mikaela Varsamova - professional makeup artist for two years. She loves her job as a makeup artist because it inspires her every day and introduces her to different and unique people. For her, makeup is a way to enhance individual beauty and also help people feel confident and special.
Mikaela developed her skills over the years. She has been trained in classes by Freya Butti, Tsvetan Penev, Eva Rosoyan and other professionals. Her talents and acquired give her the basis to be in demand as a professional and what's more - she now teaches self-makeup lessons. Along with this, she successfully organizes makeup-related events known as "Makeup and Wine" which have very positive reviews. Ivaylo Nachev е професионален фотограф от 2015 г. и е специализиран в портретна, детска и модната фотография, както и отразяването на събития – сватби, ревюта, фирмени партита, рождени дни и други. Невен е професионален фотограф и ретушьор с над 16 години опит. Наталия е фотограф, стилист, дизайнер и модел с над 10години опит. Тя е творческата сила, която създава сюжетите и атмосферата на снимките на екипа.
PHOTOLUX работи в сферите на арт, модната, maternity, интериорната и екстериорната фотография. Творбите на Наталия и Невен са многократно публикувани в български и международни издания и са отличени с редица престижни награди на световно ниво.
Екипът разполага със собствено фотографско и интериорно студио, чиито декори нееднократно са красяли корици на специализирани списания.
PHOTOLUX е отразявал множество модни форуми, сред които се откроява многократното им участие на Milan Fashion Week. Тази година Photolux ще заснеме и модни сесии с дизайнерски колекции за Форум на модата – Варна.
SCHOOL FOR MODELS - IRINA BUDNICHENKO
Irina Budnichenko is a model, actress, teacher, and choreographer. She teaches posing and dancing at her model school, is a fitness trainer, stylist, organizer of creative projects, and head of a school for children models in Bulgaria.
Irina has won numerous titles and beauty contests. She was a finalist in the Miss Moscow contest and a winner of the titles Miss Spectators' Choice—Miss Moscow and Miss Photo—Miss Moscow. For many years, she worked in the top Moscow agency as a model and mannequin. She has appeared in various films and commercials.
Вече 11 години Ирина живее в България и продължава тази работа тук, като предава знания на модели от нейната школа. Модели на школата са участвали в „Красота, мода, благотворителност – ръка за ръка“, 2023г, модни сесии на Нели Анастасова, Форум на модата – Варна, 2024 и Форум на модата – Варна, 2025 г.
DRONE FILMING
Drone filming will capture every moment of the reception for both the guests and the audience by Drone Club Varna. The club is a leading organization in Bulgaria that specialises in developing drone culture and sport. The club has a lot of filmed videos in various categories such as aerial photography, FPV (First-Person View) racing, rally racing and nature and cityscape videography. The club's activities attract the attention of various influential individuals and communities, impressed by the creative and innovative possibilities of drones. In addition, Drone Club Varna organizes international drone competitions, attracting participants and spectators from all over the world.
MULTIMEDIA, LIGHTING, CAMERAS
The event will have multimedia, lighting, real-time cameras and sound.
ASSISTANTS
A team of assistants helps with the organisation and smooth running of the event. They assist the designers and models in the preparation of the fashion shows. Our assistants are 12 graduates of Varna Free University, majoring in Fashion Design.
